After reading this thread I had a craving for the delectable potato cakes.

So I quickly rustled some up with an little twist which may well turn out to be complete genius.

I added haggis! Oh yes, crumbled up haggis into the mix. Going to dry-fry them shortly, can't wait. Got the idea from some Haggis bread I had in Edinburgh recently, deliciouso!

Pikelets deserve another mention by the way, not as someone said scotch pancakes, more a flattened crumpet. I practically lived off them when I was living in Staffordshire, they love em.
