shame they're all as bad as each other, maybe you should run for pm or high commissioner, or executioner or something...

The public sector mostly does a good job and obviously contribute tax and NI from the money they are given. The Private sector provides the money to pay its own salaries, and tax and NI, and generates the money to pay its shareholders who also pay tax, as well as paying corporation tax. Some on here, mentioning no names, appear not to understand basic economics and the generation of wealth. If the Private sector were all given a big pay rise then I would say fair enough, but the Public sector seem to think it is their right, and it isn’t because someone (the private sector) has to pay for it……..
Did you really mean ‘given’?

Well done everton AND liverpool fans.
Shame the rest of the country is clueless... No brain cells at all its so so sad to see.
Like i said other day, 2 up 2 downs taking home 1400/1500 a month, struggling to get on the property ladder and even when they do its 200 grand for a bog standard house.
Majority of the country not got a pot to pee in, taking loans out left right and centre, going into overdraft nearly every month just to survive.

Its frightening the fact that people were sleeping in tents for numerous nights to watch that Coronation. Absolutely frightening.

It all boils down to a selfish society. If they are sound then thats all that matters. I remember having a convo with a blue by Goodison and he practically admitted it. He was a scouser too

Honestly i'll just never understand it. I know everyone is entitled to their views etc but this one im just baffled with.

I honestly seen someone today going into Lidl in a car 12 years old, probably had about 100k miles on, little punto or something with 2 union jacks on.
ur not going waitrose lad ffs

Maybe when Labour are elected in the next GE your life will be so much easier when they reduce our energy, food, other living costs back to where they were a few years back and also improve public services. I've got my fingers crossed.

You really seem to milk this two up two downs and 1,400 pound a month anology as if all these people are poor.

To elaborate on the post I made in reply to it, I never live in my overdraft and spend in my means, partner included. I also drive a 2016 car with 30k miles on it and never taken out a loan.

I do agree with the tents thing though, just ridiculous.

It's quite clear that I won't learn anything from you.

I’m really trying to communicate here. Obviously I realise I too am a newcomer to this fine site and have to find a way to react to certain posters. It was just a suggestion from one newcomer to another, but no problems, just ignore whatever I post, I’ll still sleep at night….

thats you...

I can guarantee your average person in Liverpool or even in England lives like that.

EDIT: I take it you live in Sussex. Walton, fazakerley are proper working class areas in Liverpool. Obviously you know walton.
West derby is a decent area however still very working class...

I seen someone coming out of Lidl and farmfoods with union jack flags on their car. I genuinely get someone who lives in a 500k house, shops at waitrose on 100k a year liking them. but not someone who is taking someone to court because they cant get the higher rate of PIP.
