No , see ... ???

I HAD THIS ARGUMENT YDAY .

Bily = I DIGS . Like Screechio . I ALWAYS HAVE .

BUT , Bily WILL NOT SOLVE OR LEFT SIDED PROBLEM BECAUSE HE IS KEVIN SHEEDY AND WE NEED TRICKY .

His delivery is SUPERB , AS HIS HIS SHOT ,BUT HE IS A STATIC FOOTBALLER !!!

He ENJOYS , moving a yard maybe , look , hit ... A LA SHEEDS !!!!

WE MISS PEANUT .Overlap . Stop . Recieve pass . Pass . verlap stop , etc .

Bilys best work has generally been in a general centric position .

For me , anyway .

We need something AS WELL AS , PLEASE MR. CHAIRMAN ..!!!

yep i'll go with that lacab!

still hoping no praying we can pull some miracles out the bag!! but the feeling its going to happen is waning by the day!

Cheers , Fozz' , my mate .

Know what ??? WE ALWAYS LEAVE IT TILL THE LAST FUKN MINUTE !!!

Why , IF he brought someone in tomorra , WELL he would / may / could be eligible for Chelsea .

We would also have to pay him a week's dough .

But THE TWO COULDNT BE RELATED ,,... COULD THEY ...???

crikey we must be bloody skint then mate!

yeah i agree on the last min part mate! but somone (a name like) in before chelski might just lift EVERYONE for that game!

The fact still remains that we are 2 players (winger and striker) away from being a top top team. Isn't it a joke that as Coleman comes through pienaar leaves? One step forward one back. Any mileage on this Jennings lad? I've not been able to read the thread as I'm on my phone so apologies if anyones already answered that one

While he doesnt move its not off .
I said earlier , Everton DENIED any interest in Bentley for THE LAST 2 WINDOWS , but the kid was in a car en route to Lpool TWICE , but things fell through .

ME POINT BEING ; ITS NEVER OVER TILL ITS OVER . ESPECIALLY AT JANUARY WINDOW ,...

Carry on ,...

Is it true that the same thing happened with Mr Keane in the January window a few seasons ago, pre-rs, while Martin Jol was in charge, but again we couldn't find the sheets or possibly Defoe got injured?

As much as I like Coleman, on Saturday, you could tell he was a full back playingin midfield. They closed him down with two men all through the first half and he just didn't have the same impact as Pienaar did in the same situations.
But that kid, if he can get his defensive game right, is gonna be a superb full back, coming from deep, he's gonna do a lot of damage.
What we desperately need is round pegs for round holes. Billy came on and Baines suddenly looked more like the player that has been on fire all season. We now need a right midfielder/winger which will allow Seamus to (eventually) develop into a top full back. And of course a striker. And a back up centre half.

as well meaning as lcab's info is,the truth is that ross through maddock's will put a story out at the end of the week that david has £10 million to spend, but is struggling to do any business before monday's deadline

the everton way / the people's club

that's what mickey blue eye's told me !!

There seems to be an article of faith amongst Everton supporters that the board couldn't organise the proverbial piss up in a brewery, but have complete control over the press publishing whatever story they want, suppress anything to do with rejected offers etc.

Don't really see it myself.

I often think that Evertons incompetence in the market is planned such that people don't ask too many questions as to why things broke down and are more inclined to say "typical, of our useless board, they've managed to balls it up again."
But every time we miss out on a transfer I believe we've bid as much as we could and offered as much as we could, but other clubs offer more.
In my capacity as an accountant, I've been privvy to the alleged info that Everton offer the same money as other clubs (Newcastle & Spurs) but there is a risky tax dodge that those two offer that we won't risk doing, as if they get slapped with a massive bill pending a revenue investigation, they are actually in a position to pay it off.

Interesting.

If its the same loophole I'm thinking of, I'm pretty sure but not quite 100% that that option was closed off over 12 months ago, pending the introduction of the 50% tax bracket. I seem to remember Arsenal where also big players as far as that loophole was concerned too.
