Someone on Sky should provoke Moyes into saying something. Get one of their reporters to say to him:

"David, why did you let all those players go when you didn't need to? You've got the best chairman in the world there backing you up. Evertonians are furious about this situation"

Stand back and watch the rocket take off.

I am pretty sure he is getting roughly the same as what we offered him at Spurs!

Pienaar left because Spurs have better ambition and are playing european football.

Wish people would stop claiming money was the sole motivator in his decision.

Pienaar was happy to sign if Bill put his hands in his pocket.

Spurs are paying him buckets more than we offered.

Letting Pienaar go for 'peanuts' was poor, poor work by the board.

Perhaps if we showed some ambition to keep these players we would be competing with Spurs.

There is one guy in the Echo saying he is still exploring striker loan options though plus LCAB seems quietly confident, so there is hope.

Piennar was always going to go imo, he had history for doing exactly the same to the only other club who offered him a contract renewal.

He was at one of the most decorated clubs in Europe, who were regulars in the Champions Lge and had won leagues and cups with him to play for a team who where mid table in the German Lge. Admittedly he was only in the Dutch Lge but at the time it was on a par with The german Lge and the top sides in Holland where doing well in Europe.

I wasn't too bothered about him going. I realise we lost out on a transfer fee but i don't think he was worth as much as some people belive and I didn't really fancy us paying a player who has a lot of limitations 65/70k a week. arteta may be having a bad time at the moment but he's still much better than Piennar imo.

His Agent has HAWKED him around FOR TIME ...

Arteta ... We shall see , my mate .

Carry on ,...........

Haha I agree, I think he would tear Bill a new arse hole!

Blackburn confident on Mauro Formica for £4M.

Can we afford to be laughing at the chicken farmers?

The chicken farmers are effectively run by SEN a football management company to which one Mr Kean, the new manager belongs to. The farmers have v little input.

Im up and down like a fking yo yo here!

I need this laptop surgically removed other wise im going to go insane!

I'm staying optimistic...but if I'm honest i'm past letting it stress me...I've got too much going on to worry about this song and dance, and there must be so much going on behind the scenes...

It does hurt to see other teams bringing in some handy players though, Vela, Martins etc etc...not cool for us.

No , see ???

Lets STOP this inter-bickering shizzzzle .

Peanut - CAUSE HE WAS A RESERVE ; Signed for ... Ahem ; Peanuts ...( See Wtf , I did .......??? ....)

Thus ; AS SOON AS HE GOT A SHIRT , His Agent NOW wanted parity with TOP Club earners .

DESPITE his Client having signed a contract to the contrary .

IF , he had've signed the new deal , in the , Sotto Voce , knowledge that he was STILL going ..
We would've got £8M and he would've had 12 months on Top Everton dough ...

BOTH him and his Agent chose to swerve it ...

DO NOT CRY TEARS OVER Peanut ..

If Bradford City had offered the most wonga ... He'd now be a Bantam ....

Carry on ,..........

After hearing Moyes in that press conference I'm ready to say that:

I'm 100% certain we won't sign a single first team ready player in this transfer window.

And I've not given my opinion yet, but that's just ridiculous. To say we are behind certain other clubs now is a cert. We deserve so much better.

Is it just me or did Moyes look really peed off in that interview?

As much as I would love to see Moyes let it all out, think he has to much class to do it!
But I'm betting it won't be long before he starts saying unless he gets money to spend Everton will not progress!
