I had a dream when I was little and I walked into the back garden and loads of people were there who I didn't know and they all started booing me, I run inside crying. This repeats again. The third time I go out everybody cheers me but I cry again, run up to my mums room to find her tied to a chair by 3 little green smurfs. I turn and one stands on me, cue waking up nearly crying.

Try olive oil for three days to a week - this will soften and remove wax.

The twitch is a myoclinic jerk. It is actually your nerves relaxing as you go to sleep. Some think that it may be a hangover from when we slept in trees, to wake you up before you fell out of it. That would explain the falling/dying sensation. You aren't actually close to death.

They have medicinal grade Olive Oil for that purpose, is it any different though Groucho.
