My only advice for newcomers to Berlin: rent a bike and cycle everywhere! You get to see loads of the city, and nowhere is dangerous so feel free to explore.

I did Reading 1998: Page & Plant playing the old Zep classics was the absolute highlight! Also Mansun & Prodigy played, but were both a bit pedestrian.
