Using your lawyer knowledge, If a defendant spent time posting about and directly posting their evidence in the public arena, would it potentially prejudice the case bringing it into disrepute?

Stupid is as stupid does I guess.

No it wouldn't.

Because it's written by him and his account. Admitting he is sending me abuse and also trying to get access to said accounts and/or accessing my accounts to post said information to abuse

He's admitting his motive and incriminating himself

Accusing somebody of an offence you yourself are currently committing is something a year 1 legal student knows is illegal mate.

I won't charge you for this advice, but your next question is on the clock and I charge 500 an hour.

Frankly I couldn't give two figs about him

He's been chasing me around the internet. I've had enough of it

If he continues he's getting himself in even more serious trouble than he already is in

Evening Damo, now just an observation here because I have your best interests at heart mate, but if the basis of your case against someone is that they called you a name on a football forum and blagged they saw your tweets then I don't think we've got a strong case.

Should we get together and brainstorm as to where we go from here, maybe over a coffee.
