Absolutely my friend. I'd not be engaging them on social media in any capacity, certainly not taunting them.

Indeed, it rather looks like you're engaging in playful back and forth OR are genuinely harbouring a grievance. Either of these reasons do not reflect well on you if you've chosen to start taking the mickey about mental health.

If a genuine concern, as I say, I'd report to the police.
