Sacking Dyche isn't going to be very expensive at all. It would just be like paying for a player's wages that has been injured for the rest of the season.
He'd be stuck on gardening leave till the end of the season when his contract runs out.

I've heard Sergio Conceicao's name mentioned a few times this week. Free agent, and a history of winning. He'd certainly change things up. Although, he might have a task on his hands trying to get our squad playing possession based high press footy after being used to the low block, low possession anti football theyve been drilled in the last 2 years!

Carlo ain't getting out of bed for at least the £12m p/a we were paying him last time. From a PSR perspective, and with the investment needed on the pitch, we'd be foolish to appoint a manager who would cost so much.

Said the same thing earlier, he's financially out of our reach even if he would come back here (I doubt he would, tbh). I suspect he'll retire or manage a national team (same thing really!). It'll be interesting to see what happens with Davide Ancelotti when his dad hangs it up. I'm not proposing we should be looking at him but you would imagine he'll be looking to step into management himself at that point.

Agree with you not saying i fully understand the situatiom but say of its 10 mill to sack him. Would you not want that to be spent on new players this window instead.is a tough choicr for me and i would say need add to the squd more
I think if i had to choose I'd pick removing the manager over signings.

I think the squad on the whole is better than its performing and the players are playing with the hand break on due to Dyche's mentality and tactics.

Not only that I think the players know he's a dead man walking so that compounds the matter.

If we're being honest, he was financially out of our reach last time, all things considered. Monopoly money though eh!

Having said that, I do have a bit of sympathy for FM regarding world events beyond his control, but then maybe if there hadn't been so many other balls ups it wouldn't have hit us as hard.

Is fair i can see both sides think because i am desperate to see pace added to this team and more. Would like see both hom gone and players added. But yeah you could be right just have to wait now

Don’t know people are that bothered about Ancelotti.

We paid him an absolute fortune to finish the dizzy heights of 10th. We imploded a bit the second half of that season.

Plus I know it isn’t Dyche level but some of the football was absolutely brutal.

Would much rather we made a fresh start instead of someone that dropped us at the first opportunity (not that I blame him massively with it being Real Madrid).
