Belgium hiring Martinez mate.

Have to say so far it worked out well for Bayern. I am skeptical towards Kompany, but you have to consider Klopp started at Mainz promoting a club to the Bundesliga in the first time of the history and got them relegated as well and became one of the best managers in the century.

Well, of course they didn't win a title at Belgium, but he made them being first in the nation ranking and 3rd in the world cup at least. Group stage out in 2022 is disappointing for the so called golden generation of Belgium.

He won FA Cup with Wigan and got relegated in the same season if I am not wrong, also has some of the highest defeats in the modern prem era.

I wonder if the Brest FC manager will be on the radar of some clubs. Team finished 14th the season before he took over. Managed to finish 3rd with them.

Won both games in the CL so far but hasn't started the domestic season very well though. 2 wins and 4 losses.

Think the Bayern job is arguably the hardest one to fail at in works football mate though. Arguably on PSG are more dominant over a prolonged period than Bayern (probably not even then though)

In terms of league probably, but the player and board power caused many managers to fail. Carlo, Tuchel, Flick, Nagelsmann for example. We talk about a list of some of the best managers in Europe.

The last manager that filled his contract there was Pep in 2016. Since then all contracts (leaving care takers like Heynckes or Sagnol aside) many good managers left early or were sacked, no one has lasted longer than 1,5 seasons since then.
