That pic there is the reason I hate see the young kids taking the piss out of old people, they have no clue what that person was like when they were younger, you can probably guarantee that that 80 old woman was an absolute stunner when young and would be turning heads of every young man around, and that old guy hobbling down the road would’ve probably have been a 6ft + stud who would’ve beaten the crap out of them. The poem crabbit old woman sums it up perfectly.

Used to just throw a coat over it when some idiot kicked the ball over the wall.

We use to play at the back of Walton prison and use to have a ladder up against the wall and shout for anybody who was about to throw the ball back.It caused a bit of a stink one time when the governor was showing some dignitaries around know doubt bragging about the strict security at the prison.
This was in the days before they had much higher walls and didnt have those rounded tops on the wall.
