Im sure most of you will know the 3 different body types for men, depending on what one you are there will be different diets and exercises in what you are trying to achieve. ie lose weight gain weight muscle tone up etccc..

Bah. I am entirely built below the waist. If I want you on the ground, you go there unless you're a fifteen stone or better oblong-ball lineman. Not winning an arm-wrestling contest, though. One of my groomsmen is the exact opposite. Bodybuilder above the waist, supported by bird legs. Can suspend himself sideways from a flagpole without much effort.
 
Oh god. How's it going? My top tip is keep it simple and fun. Don't try and please anyone else except yourselves. The day goes by in a flash and the last thing you want is to stress about it being 'perfect'. Seen a few folk lose it at tiny details on the day.

Oh, swerve inviting anyone you think you have to impress or will gimp about the venue, outfits, etc. They're not your friend abd your day will be so much better for their absence.
My top tip is don't invest too much belief in temporary situations. As if Everton did not make me bitter enough 👹
 
I'm welling up here, reading about you all rejecting the bloater lifestyle and renouncing Mars bars and the like.

Kudos, it ain't easy. I ballooned to 19.5st in my early 20s (booze, KFC, sitting on my arse) but had an epiphany and jacked it all in and rediscovered my love of exercise. Lost 6 stone. I'm still fond of the odd indulgence but it's only my enjoyment of exercise and activity that's kept it off (mostly).

Here's to lifestyle victories and smugness.

The season hasn't started yet.
It's nearly August and the current events zone is nigh green lighted.
Eastwood is on in half an hour.
It's not Monday yet.
The Hyenas have their first sacrifice in the 'who goes pop' stakes....

Like, that's twice my university weight. I admit that I'm short, but come on, Davey.

Dropping two stone does not happen at the drop of a hat anymore, sadly.
