Serious question here , honestly. What’s your ideal weight ? I only ask as I’ve lost a fair bit over the past few months …I’m now around the 15 stone mark which sounds heavy but I’ve lost inches off my waist and don’t feel I need to lose any more. I was hitting just shy of 19 stone at my heaviest but even then I was still playing footy, running, cycling and hiking… not as much as I used to admittedly… I have noticed I’ve lost a bit of muscle though.. mainly on my legs….. used to have quite big thighs due to years of footy training and cycling but I look a mere mortal these days.Still on course to hit my ideal weight before the end of the year, which will mean I had lost 5 stone!
In relation to hot tubs tho.
If anybody is looking for a little getaway with the wife/husband/partner, I cant suggest this place highly enough.
Waenfechan Glamping - North Wales
A glamping North Wales holiday in one of our Hideaway pods at Waenfechan Glamping is an unique experience that you’ll never forget.northwales-glamping.co.uk
The Wife and I had a great time, very tidy, clean place in the middle of nowhere, with breathtaking scenery all around.
Some great little towns and places to visit a short drive away, we loved it so much we booked another break the same day we got home, just heaven on Earth.
No, I dont get commission.
I exercise at least once or twice a week in the gym/home, but it's more out of necessity of wanting to stay healthy rather than the enjoyment many get from it.I just can't do exercise at all, it's always bored the tits off me. So any time I drop weight, it's solely down to reducing my intake
The feeling of being comfortable in your own skin is huge no matter what size you are.Started watching my calories more carefully with this app and have already lost 10 lbs. Once I drop another 15 lbs, I’ll be back at my ideal weight which I haven’t been at for about 10 years.
It’s a great feeling knowing I’m making progress
I use KGs for some reason, so im aiming for 80-85KGs.Serious question here , honestly. What’s your ideal weight ? The mental aspect is huge. The feeling of being comfortable in your own skin is huge no matter what size you are.
Its great for the mental side as well, you just feel more alive, energetic and happier.
Small gains is a great morale boost for everyone like many in here are saying they have lost 10lbs, or whatever weight they've lost it doesn't matter.
I only do old skool weightsI use KGs for some reason, so im aiming for 80-85KGs.
Will be tough, the first 15 KGs just fell off, but recently, due to me slacking, its getting harder.
I just used the NHS BMI calculator and picked the number that puts me at healthy weight.
80KGs is 12 stone, but I feel like I would be a stick insect at that, I guess we maybe find out, lol.

Yeah it doesnt make sense, ive been a stone man all my life, but for some reason I felt like KGs was better for me, the numbers are more solid, if that makes sense?I only do old skool weights
I dunno. Wildlife bloomed, the waters were all cleaner, Venice for example, people were grim but the places blossomed.
Going on a hot tub holiday with the wife in September so ive got some motivation. Not for her like, she doesnt care what I look like, but hopefully attract some doggers at the site, yano?
Where and when mate?
