It's a sad joke.

The TV show is "Jeopardy" which is a general knowledge quiz show, with questions ranked in varying levels of difficulty for many different subjects. The joke here is that the last category available (all the others have been cleared out by the contestants) is African American History, all the contestants are (apparently) white and none of the questions have been attempted or answered. While contestants are normally drawn from varying groups within the US, these three are college kids representing their indicated schools.

It's a commentary on the poor knowledge many white citizens have of the history of African Americans in the US. Joke is more poignant at the moment as February is officially "African American History Month" in the US.

Also the indicated schools are Univ of Chicago, otherwise known as Trickle-down University. Texas A&M (Rick Perry U, very red), and Oklahoma, which is Oklahoma.

I’ve got the ‘Holy Grail’ on DVD with a 2nd disc that has a load of features (making of etc.)

One of them is a Michael Palin documentary where he revisits all the locations they shot the film in. He ends up at that castle (where they shot all the interior castle scenes) and a kid banging coconuts together charge past him in the courtyard lol
