It wasn't the Cabin Club was it? Think I fell down their steps a few times ( not at the entrance though) ?
You had to keep moving in the Cabin, if I recall, otherwise it got a bit 'tacky' on the old shoes. Good times! ?Going downstairs in the Blue Angel
was another tricky one, when you were bladdered.
Plus if your clothes touched the walls, they got covered in black stuff that you could never get out, no matter how many times you washed them.
You could always spot the first timers in the Blue Angel, by the fact they were dressed up lol

Superb show! You`ll have to hunt around on streaming sites mate, as it`s not on the likes of BBC Iplayer anymore - I`ve got the box sets on dvd.
It`s set in a corner boozer in Manchester and is about life and goings on in the pub " early doors " , during the weekdays.
Written by Craig Cash and Phil Mealey ( his best mate and both are in it )
It`s every bit as good as the Royal Family and the writing, is up there with any British comedy.
You think that's bad. My hp printer won't print unless we're paying a monthly subscription ?
Been there done that on numerous occasions. Not sure whether it is the dodgy steps or the fact that I was usually worse for wearIt wasn't the Cabin Club was it? Think I fell down their steps a few times ( not at the entrance though) ?
Reckon it was lager/gradient combo. Early eighties for me so Health & Safety wasn't high on the agenda ?Been there done that on numerous occasions. Not sure whether it is the dodgy steps or the fact that I was usually worse for wear![]()
I ditched ink jets a few years back. Stupid running costs. I figured if I liked a photo enough to print I'd go to boots or somewhere like that with a USB stick. I haven't gone yet as I look at photos on screen. You think that's bad. My hp printer won't print unless we're paying a monthly subscription ?
Capitalism will end up eating itself. Don't say I didn't warn you
