It was no coincidence that results started to improve when Besic started playing in January, as he adds a bit of drive to a mainly passive and passionless group of players.

We go through the motions with the pretty passing stuff, but we have nobody else able to grab a game by the scruff of the neck and drive the team on.

The manager is basically a wet fish, out of his depth and far too nice, the knock on effect is that it has rubbed off on the players.

Now Besic is missing, that is really worrying.

Manager is the biggest problem. Not a big club type of guy. Not sure he should even be with a premier league team. He is a Championship one. The Chairman is next. And us fans need to shout for the team. Home games are soooo quiet.

Howard was bang average last season and the season before etc, this season he's a dead loss. The defence has no faith in him and he's lost support.

Not sure Joel is the answer but in the short term he can't do any worse.

Of course we can, and every week I do! However it's so concerning that the man in charge of us is not seeing these performances. This guy is running out team. It's now beyond a joke
