The Manager - His inability to devise a plan to stop leaving us open to counter attacks by demanding 4 players stay back and his stubbornness to keep certain players on the pitch when their form is totally shot is now at soul destroying levels.

If you honestly selected the Goalkeeper then you obviously mean the manager. Hes the problem who keeps picking a problem. To many problems with this club.

Board/chairman. For those saying the keeper is the manager's pick, is the manager then not the board's pick?

I understand dropping a player is far easier and less costly than sacking a manager.

Absolutely no ambition shown from those who run the club is the biggest problem.

Manager is the biggest problem. Not a big club type of guy. Not sure he should even be with a premier league team. He is a Championship one. The Chairman is next. And us fans need to shout for the team. Home games are soooo quiet.

Would this not change quite quickly if they saw players giving absolutely 100% for the shirt?

I’m not saying all of them, but there is definitely for me, a few that appear to go through the motions most weeks.

As said on this thread, Besic brought something as it least he showed a bit of passion
