Which unemployed managers have a better record than Moyes though? His record at West Ham is as good as anyone they’ve had.

If he hadn’t have ever managed us we’d be looking at his West Ham record and saying it a a pragmatic appointment to keep us safe and then move us up the table. It’s step 1 and 2 of any recovery long term for the club.
