Whatever happens it can’t prove anything really can it ? If we get relegated despite half a season left if you wanted you could argue it was partially due to Dyche and nothing could be proved that just because the new man took us down the old one wouldn’t . Also if we’re safe it doesn’t mean you couldn’t argue dyche would have saved us .
But this is what I'm saying mate. If Dyche is so bad then the new manager only has to be marginally better to keep us in the league as we survived 22/23 on 15 pts in game week 22 when Dyche was hired. So we shouldn't get relegated, the squad is better according to a lot.

Fair enough then mate . I didn’t hear it but personally id suspect he’d jump at a premier league job whatever he says publicly.
I don't think he would, it was obvious during his short spell with England he can't handle the media side of things and I don't especially think England were actually that good under him, looked ok going forward at times but it was ropey stuff at the back, think he has a bit to learn yet imo. People wanting him to assist Moyes was just silly as he was never going to take a step down from being in charge to not again and his style is very different from Moyes.

Dunno, Moyes had us top 8 in 9 of his 11 seasons.

Only twice were we bottom half, and we weren't exactly swimming in cash.

This is pretty much the conflict between the fans of younger and older generations.

People that started following Everton in the bitter 90s think, I'd take that again the Moyes years again instead of being 16th, 15th, 12th, 17th or whatever.

People that witnessed Everton in the 70s and 80s winning multiple titles, think the best of the rest mentality doesn't do credit to one of the biggest clubs in the country.

We need a CF to go with this. What is this guy up to recently?

Knowing the way we do things it will be more like

To be fair we are a club without a strong or even any structure in place and that’s the kind of setup moyes had before with us which seemed to suit him. It overwhelmed Dyche who ended up on the drink because of the pressure but Moyes seems to thrive on having total responsibility
