If he was actually working with a genuine shoe string budget (Like Wilder and, to a lesser extent, Dyche are) then I'd be more inclined to think just keeping Bournemouth barely in the League would be enough to give him a thumbs up, but with the money he's spent and the time he's had at the club to instill his "vision" he's barely got them anywhere
