i like to think we have more common sence and are less delusional than them that we actually have at least considered the possibility of such players leaving and have explored possible replacements.

suarez is banned until the window shuts so they have just under a month to find a replacement, it's a poor excuse; they've known for months that he's wanted out.

Im not quite sure why Taylor feels the need to comment myself, its not up to him.

Professional Footballers' Association chief Gordon Taylor says it will be "practically impossible" for Luis Suarez to leave Liverpool this month.

Suarez, 26, has been told to train alone after seeking a move to Arsenal.

"With the transfer window expiring, the difficulties of not only selling him to a competitor but also replacing him makes it practically impossible," Taylor said.



With less than four weeks to go before the transfer window closes, Henry is adamant any offers from overseas clubs will also be rejected.

"He won't be sold even if a foreign club comes in because we do not have time to sign a suitable replacement," he said.

"It's not about finances. So late in the window... we can't replace him. So for football reasons we can't sell, and especially to Arsenal."
 
I'd take mac for less than £10m but he's worth no more than that. We'll need a ball winner ie Medel but we also need a number 10 unless Barkley plays there.
