Can **** off football manager all you want but it is a very useful thing for people to have to form a slight basis on a player, hence why our scouts use it.

No problem A-man. I don't want to be a party poop as I'm sure it passes some idle summer time trying to identify boss players for us but some go over the top like. Was the same with the appointment of our new manager.

I think its used less than 1% as part of our overall scouting system mate, although I'm sure it's a useful database. Babangida on the early versions of Pro Evo was phenomenal though. First player I always bought.

Of course, you are correct it isn't something we base signing our players on, but it's something of a bench mark. I was told it was more so to look out for younger players who our scouts might not have come across and it's used as a bench mark to go on to see if they are actually any good etc, i don't think it's ever used for first team potential signings and even then it wouldn't make a big difference to the signing.
