Would be made up with them signings mate but I have a feeling RM is gonna sign players we have never heard off similiar to Brenda at the RS with the likes of aspas and alberto I wouldnt mind that but I really do hope we make a big name signing that everyone can be excited about someone like strootman/bony

Thiago has a 15mil release clause. Bobby should get in there now ahead of Dithering Davey!

Serge Aurier of Toulouse. A right back but can play centre back and left back, too.
 

I'm starting to agree with davek in that we won't see anyone come in until Fellaini is shifted. There are one or two links that seem dubious at best, but other than that it's very quiet.

I think theres cash there, but I think we are waiting on the Felli thing, an extra 20 odd million will certainly change things a little.

I also think we will spend actual money for once, Uncle Bill cant say he will give Bobster a few quid and then leave him skint, well he can, but I dont think he will.

How much without sales? It's a bit of a conundrum, do you buy players now that you're not entirely happy with, but can only afford with a limited budget. Or do you wait until your kitty is swelled and then go after a couple of top players you really want?

The danger is if you wait too long and offers don't actually come in for Fellaini or someone else, you then lose other players you could have signed without selling anyone.

The worst thing for us is this Fellaini thing dragging on all summer long with Arsenal and others waiting and trying to force our hand in selling him cheaper.

But what can we do? We can't force anyone to put the money on the table. It must be frustrating for Martinez to know what type of player to go for or wait for.
