So a club like us does have to sell to buy. We have done for years now!. And btw, i disagree with you on Felli being are best player, Bainesy is by a mile, i'd be more worried and pissed off if he went cos you cant replace him, he's that good!.

And when you get a fee of say, £24m for Felli and after everything is payed out, Standard are sorted out, we'll get about 20 mill or so, then he does have to spend it wisely and for me, signing a player for half or more of the 20 plus million we'd get from selling Felli is pushing the boat out for us IMO!.

Tbh, i dont think we can afford to splash out more than have of the Felli fee on one player as we need a few players for the team!. We need to replace Felli for a start and then add another 2 or 3 for the team and if possibly, a squad player or 2, so we have to use the Felli fee, and whatever Martinez gets before sales, wisely!.

And i never said we'd go spending 10, 11 or 12 million on a striker like Bony to replace Felli, cos that isnt replacing him is it!.

Say what you like mate, but there is no way that even spending 100% of our net income from the Fellaini sale constitutes 'pushing the boat out'. As I've already stated, it is the very minimum that anyone should be expecting, especially when our revenue is due to increase by a minimum of 25% in the forthcoming months.

Honda's transfer fee might be lower, but his wages will be higher. And they play different positions - Belhanda is the right-mid / right winger we need to free up Mirallas.

Cash plus Gueye could be the way to go.

Don't forget the extra £480m we get this year from the tv deal :dodgy:

dont think you can get much lower than free as a transfer fee
 
May have been posted already but cant be assed looking through, too tired.

That BarcaStuff on twitter just quoted i think the Mirror (Yes i know they are probably chatting **** but this is a rumor thread) saying that we are looking to bring in Rafinha Alacantra on loan. Thiago's brother (Thiago being the one supposedly going to united) so that they family will move over and will be able to stay in the same house and that this Rafinha wants first team football (Plays for Barca B).

Got this video anyway and looks a decent player but YouTube can lie. Also yes i checked, his name is actually Rafeal, for some reason the name is different in Brazilian and i think his dad is Brazilian. So that is why he represents Brazil but don't know why Thiago represents Spain. Either way here's the clip!

Also a little thing i just found out from Wikipedia "Rodrigo, who played youth football with Real Madrid and went on to spend several seasons with S.L. Benfica, is his cousin." Talented family ey ahaha.
