Your main problem is quite simple, you keep assuming that the Everton Board will take the sensible and best option, something that they have failed to do in the last 14 or so Years.

That doesn't contradict the point being made. The principal investment now is players' fees and wages (85p in every £). Even with all the extra tv revenue going to *infrastructure* (whatever that means) it would still account for the principal amount invested.

Bottom line here: we've just been prepared by Elstone for seeing this extra cash siphoned off to a place where Martinez wont get his hands on it.
