What I do know is that if we find ourselves with a surplus then it makes no sense for Everton FC to spend it on reducing our debt at the expense of neglecting squad improvement, and the figures reported suggest that there will eventually be a considerable surplus.

Basically we'd like to sign a certain player, or players, and we'll of either made an initial offer or asked about a price for these players were interested in and take it from there?!.

No need to make an enquiry for Alcaraz, is a freebie now. You make enquiries for players under contract, your basically asking about availability, price of the player etc.
