After the Mirallas revelations, some belter on twitter reckons we should let him go to la liga as its less physical and would suit him and that we should get McManaman in to replace him as he bring just as much to a team as Mirallas does!.

McManaman is not bad and if he keeps on progressing he will be good, but to replace Mirallas, no chance!. I think when Mirallas says he would like to move to Spain next season he doesn't actually mean moving this summer. It's no secret he as Spanish routes and would like to play there, but he does admit he likes the premier league and playing for us!.

Also, John Merro (top man for info on efc transfers on twitter) reckons we have a clause in McManaman's contract where we get 20% of any future fee that Wigan receive for him so if we bid for him, we'll get 20% off!.

Now I can't see that being true if we let the lad go at either 14 or 16 cos we deemed him too small to make it in the prem years ago, so if we released him, how would we have a clause put in on his deal, and especially if we didn't think he'd make it?!.

SuperKev has a box of tricks he can use.

I would cry if we did that trade and they would probably attract similar fees, due to McManaman being overpriced and SuperKev being undervalued.

25 would make me sit at the table, I would settle for 30.
