Where would McCarthy get in our side anyway? He's not going to displace Gibson or Fellaini and we'd be too defensive if we used the three of them instead of Osman.

Of course he is, and hes getting touted around for 20M. Im not saying we could get him or anything like that (sadly) but there is more than 5M difference between him and McCarthy.
