Still absolutely gutted about this... Almost feel numb...

Only thing I'm marginally grateful for is that he isn't moving to another Premier League club... couldn't take that.

True gent, never gave less than his all, good luck Tim will cherrish your top you gave me after man city home game 2 seasons ago.

I watched that before and a big manly tear nearly surfaced.

Seriously though what a beautiful video. Last night I was devastated, heartbroken even, I even shed a tear or two. Not even arsed.

Today I still feel exactly the same. It's weird, this hurts so much more than Arteta leaving, even though he was the better player. For the last season two now I've been well aware Cahill was on the downward spiral and ultimately him leaving is best for both parties. But that hasn't prepared me anywhere near enough. It's like RFUS was saying yesterday; before I was thinking with my head, now I'm thinking with my heart.

I love you Tim. Come and visit us regularly, you'll always be welcomed like the hero you are.

Pretty much word for word what I was going to write after watching it.

Nailed it for me too

The thing with Tim is he played like one of us would play if we got a chance to pull on the shirt

100% all of the time

Hope he plays/shows up for the AEK Athens game

Maybe it just because i'm a cold hearted [Poor language removed] but i'm not really that bothered that he's gone.

Of course he's a legendery player in our history and delivered so many brilliant moments.

But his time was up really. Yeah it would of been nice if he could of stayed at the club in some capacity but it wasn't to be.

Good luck to him and i hope he gets a proper send off and maybe comes back in some role later on, but as for now : goodbye and thats it, i don't feel anything more than that really.

Maybe it will hit me in a few days, who knows, but Everton goes on without him.

Actually i just watched the video of his last goal against Fulham and i was gutted that thats the last time i'll ever see it.

Must of been in denial :(

Has this deal been officially finalised yet because I had a small tribute read out on the second most popular radio show in a city of 4.5 million and I'll be damned if they're gonna' make me look a tit...the director of communications will be getting more than an earful from me if this goes tits up.
