That tribute video brought a couple of tears to my eyes, not even arsed. Probably buy a Red Bulls shirt.

glad the fellers gone. that time when he gave coleman a dig for having the audacity to congratulate him when he scored.

Yes, just watched that now. Pretty nasty of him. Coleman did most of the work for that goal as well.

I haven't seen that unseen story video yet, but when I do I'll be sure to have a couple of box's of Kleenex at the ready. Definitely. It still hasn't sunk in yet, knowing I'll never see our Tim wearing the shirt again. I've always considered Cahill to be my all favourite player and the feeling I have from all of this confirms that.

I rarely buy the shirts, but the last one I bought was the vanilla 3rd kit and it has has his name on the back. That will stay with me forever.

Sorry for the depressing tone, like.

It's fitting your going to say goodbye to your hero with a furious ham shank, Tim would've loved that mate.

Glad he's gone, he was the puppet in Kenwrights show lulling the fans into a false sense of security with all the propaganda he used to spout.

Happy to sit here week on week never having his place questions earning a huge amount without offering [Poor language removed] all, good riddance.

18 months ago he was carrying the team. He hasn't been playing as well of late but I don't think that means he has lost it. 18 months is too quick to go from "omfgz he iz da best" to "s***e. sell him"

Which player will be brave enough to use #17 next? Anichebe probably would.

I was thinking of this and how about the club retiring the#17 shirt as a tribute like they do in most US sports when a legend leaves.

He's not that good mate, he hasn't even won anything.

We don't really do that type of thing in the PL. Mostly the number starts to carry a significance, Like being Everton's no.9 is a big, big deal.
