Just got back from Marrakech, absolutely amazing place.

Beautiful, Dirt Cheap, direct from Liverpool.

It was the dream.

Israel next in May and Thailand in July.

Roll on.

Next for me, Montenegro, got Berlin in April and Sri lanka in the summer, but have to try and squeeze a trip here for me and the family. Looks amazing

If you get the chance (and the weather is good), head up to the Durmitor national park, it's beautiful. If you are feeling more adventurous head up to the Bosnian border and check out the Tara canyon it is spectacular.

WOW, thanks, will aim to do this.

I would like to hear your opinion of Budapest, Mrs Caolam and I were thinking of going but read some bad reports about the place and gave it a miss. I had a mate who went but he was drunk most of the time he was there and didn't really form an opinion.

I'm in Budapest at the moment with my girlfriend and we're having a great time. Will give a more complete assessment when we're back home.

That would be great, thanks
Budapest is fantastic- plenty of decent bars and restaurants. An average zoo. Easy to use underground train. Lovely river to cruise down and awesome thermal baths- I've been loads of times.

A long weekend is enough to explore the place.
Last time I went- I continued my travels following the Danube to Serbia- Belgrade.
