I think we can conclude this. Chester has extended it's empire and swallowed the Wirral whole hence the postcode recognition of that. As Chester is almost Welsh, so is the Wirral.

I like the Wirral, there's loads of ace places, especially to errrr, walk. Heswall is good for some reasons, full of Pimms drinking white BMW drivers though. Flash arse holes.
