Rock Ferry is classed as Birkenhead, Ellesmere Port isnt in Wirral and West Kirby is a lovely place

No I have not. People from North Liverpool move to the South. People from the South move to Cheshire. Nobody moves to Wirral for fear of disturbing the gene pool and normalizing toe distribution.
