What makes you think Everton is better than Atlético de Madrid? We are absolute mess I will give you that but on our day we can beat any side in the world. We've got great stamina and quality everywhere bar the defence but Everton's one is by no means better than ours.

Excuse my ignorance after some google search I found out what you meant there(doesn't let me to post the link and it's quite funny) I remember when I registered I was called Liverpool fan for saying Heitinga is crap. I am still of the opinion that Heitinga is crap which he in fact is, I also said he is going to fare better in the boring, slow and pragmatic English legue for which I was right.

I'd be worried if I was Everton due tot he club being used as a punch bag across Europe. You make mediocre Rumanian sides look good. Quite logical since 3rd rate players do well there

Anyone with half a brain could see just how poor Atlético were in the first leg. Their defence was at sixes and sevens and only the ineptitude of Liverpool on the counter (basically read this as "no Torres no chance of winning the game") saved them. Granted at Anfield they played a lot better and maybe this was down to having the previously suspended Aguerro on the pitch, giving Carragher and Co. the run around. I was delighted that the Atlético side that turned up actually played some decent stuff and, eventually, were easily the better side.

And, if you're in the mood to send us your third choice keeper for a song let us know.

Finally, the obvious reason for Johnny Heitinga's failure to settle down in your side is the ineptitude of the management, failing to build a defence around one of Europe's best defenders. Fifty caps for Holland tells it's own story!
