I'm not bothered how the money is spent, if Walcott is identified as a player that can help us I have no problem with getting him. We aren't Leeds the guys at the top my not be great regarding football, but they do know business very well and any money spent will be way within our budget.

It's another bigger name player, if we want to move on to become a bigger club, we need these players. But they don't come cheap. Perhaps some would prefer Atsu back.

Leaving that aside, we aren't going to spend infinite money, so any money that we spend on Walcott is money we aren't spending on someone good.

Of course the guys at the top know some football, but it's there job to recruit professionals to do the football side, ultimately spending within our budget isn't a problem if we stay in the PL.

At the risk of going against the majority here, he walks right in to our starting line up.

They have played, they have had there moments but to inconsistant but there time will come if they are patient. Walcott is a seasoned pro, they are the players we needs to move on.

Any signing that can possibly keep the ball up field for than a few seconds gets my vote. Hardly getting in the final third is doing my head in.
