Coalmines will re-open in the uk and we will be globally rich once more with millions of tonnes of assets we have sitting underground waiting for the oil to run out.

Talking of coal mines, another guy I know buys coal for a huge Western electricity producer whilst also acting as selling agent for one of Russia's largest coal producers.

As a consequence he netts 10c (US$) for every tonne of coal bought/sold - given that that amounts to nearly 60m tonnes a year, that provides a pretty good income.....

It was a cunning plan to conserve our coal until everyone else's had run out, God bless Maggie ......

Government after government will sit on that coal for as long as it takes for oil to run out and for the world to be on it's knees before they ever start mining it again though,, this will then produce the equivolent of the rich oil sheiks we have now and some coalman from yorkshire may buy Everton out .

lay odds on it when the times right they will find a way, surely it would cost less to put a few bob in to finding ways of cleaning coal power up, than nuclear power, plus it would keep the yorkies and welsh underground were they belong

somebody who has the same viewpoint as my own ...wahey !!!

Our own Government would rather see us as a country on our knees begging before mining our coal reserves.... of which there are thousands.. maybe millions of tonnes.




Also im not adverse to Nuclear power either... and I live 12 miles away from a nuclear power station which is facing closure and used to work at another one.
