This nurse Letby case

Unless it's pre Internet I imagibe there is some record of it. I imagibe it would've been headline news!

The only examples I can find are from Austria and North America.

I absolutely believe that you think it's true, but I suspect you may be misremembering.

The reason I bring it up, is that these types of cases (and this one in particular) tend to skew rumour, half truths and conflation and it can be dangerous when that happens..
I know it's true as a top persontold me about it plus another case of negligence of an old person in A& E not being booked in & being found dead the next day in a corridor in A&E ...
Just watch the BBC news headlines tonight on NHS healthy babies being aborted by misdiagnosis?
The NHS is great, but not perfect -
I can't believe you doubt my posts ....TBH !

Wrong!

Surgeons & Specialist are backed by the GMC & have an insurance scheme to be backed by top barristers - one case I read was an old lady went to get the lower half of her leg removed & the surgeon removed the wrong lower leg off - she gained massive compensation, but she was obviously not happy about that as she was now wheelchair bound as eventually she lost both of her bottom legs - no she wanted him struck off by the GMC - using her compensation money she went to court - the surgeon was suspended with full pay - the verdict = it was his first mistake & he should be retrained & the hospital should adopt a better identification of the exact operation ... he is still practising now on the NHS ......

The NHS are not insured for negligence as no one company will insure them .....

In my experience, a Doctor or a nurse will orally tell you that you have had a malpractice occurrence against you - but will never put in writing if you put a complaint in - plus the Ombudsman is a total waste of time as he or she are only referees & their judgement carries nothing unless you go legal .... = very expensive
Joey, I'm being serious. How come your posts are so much better these days in terms of spelling and grammar? You're making @COYBL25 somewhat redundant.

After he found out, that his Russian IPad was spying on him for the Jersey Horticultural Society, he used it to batter the bumming frogs in his Koi pond to death and finally got around to be buying a real iPad.
