I have thought this exact thing.

He'd be a risk. Possibly a slightly larger risk than anyone else is at the moment too.

Before Gaarde joined villa is stock was similar to tuchels ?
They had both won the national cup in a country were they managed a team who are expected to get silverware?
I don't know why he's seen an as ambitious appointment and he could possibly take us down
 
Pretty sure if he was available and willing, that the club would/will get him in.

We struggled to convince Koeman to join and that was at the start of a season, with a huge salary and the promise of a huge transfer budget too.

Not trying to be a doom merchant, but there isn’t much of a chance Tuchel will be joining us.

Why? Just offer him bloody filthy riches whatever he wants. This is why we are a small club.
 
I have to admit that even though i wanted us to go and get him, I am now worried he will not be respected and it could go all Juande Ramos / Christian Gross / Remi Garde.
 

Tuchel thinks outside the box, I think we need that seeing as we don’t have the tools really for Allardyce / Dyche Football?

Anybody could take us down though, couldn't they?

Dyche went a whole season without winning an away game last season and has already been relegated once. Allardyce gets a load of credit for keeping Palace up last year but they were never even in the relegation zone before he took over - he was the one who took them that low when he failed to win any of his first 6 games. They took 26 points from 20 games under him last year - and lost in the first round of the cup - after he spent £30m in January. It was hardly an against all odds recovery from bottom to top.
