Everyone immediately saying it’s a made up smokescreen, but the chances of a few nutjobs sending threatening emails/letters to the club is incredibly high, be honest, we know it is. The sort of empty “if you ever show your face at Goodison again” type email. People are that angry.

Conflicted over it all tbh. It’s another reason for an up and coming speedy winger to say “err no thanks, I’ve always fancied living in Leeds”.

It's sad if there's been threats but apart from anything I think it would be a very brave person to take up their seat in this moment. Remember when Brands was
spoken to after the derby defeat? It was just a fan speaking out but it opens up to vile abuse in the current climate. It's not surprising they're staying away.
