Has he won trophys at every club he's managed? What is the measure of a manager? It would be fair to say he was "tosh,crap,gash" if he'd failed to win anything.

I think the point is that some clubs are easier to win trophies at than others.

I'm not getting into the territory of saying allardyce would win stuff at real madrid, because I do think winning trophies is tougher than improving crap skint teams, but I don't think there's been two clubs easier to win trophies at than mega rich man city and post calciocaos inter outside scotland.

The way Lampard, Drogba et all made Avram Grant look half decent would be my evidence for that.

Most are lid. But you need to remember that the tone of a post will affect the replies you get. I treat it like a pub. If you forget your manners and rub people up the wrong way, even if your in the right, then your gonna get asked outside.

I think Mancini has been badly found out in europe, if I'm honest, but he has time to correct that. A lot of managers have struggled to cope at first and then triumphed later.

Why all the aggro this afternoon? The site isn't about thumbs or rep, it's about discussion, mainly on Everton. The upgrade system is to firstly provide means of 'chipping in' if you feel inclined to do so, and secondly the upgrade 'additions' provide some form of value for money as a way of thanking.

Thumbs or rep, shouldn't really matter if the reason you're here is to discuss topics.
