Depends how long it takes to build mate!

We've missed out on the Saudi's and could miss out on 1-2 more big takeovers between now and then.

Was always the problem with the complexity of the BMD project that it would set us back a few years compared to had it been built on a brownfield site but then swings and roundabouts the area itself will add some glitz to the clubs image/profile that could make us more attractive to investors.
