I have to confess to it actually pushing me over the edge a few times. Now we are in the clear we can all alaugh at it, but last week.... grrrr
I’d log into the relegation thread and find myself laughing at some of the furore going on. Then I’d get in bed at night and my brain would go:

“Ey... you awake? We’re fked you know! Just thought I’d let you know…. goodnight.”

I never used to mind Newcastle, I had them in the same bracket as the likes of Charlton and QPR. The smaller club surrounded by the big boys like Sunderland and Boro.

Never a problem with them two filling the away end at Goodison.
For some reason I never liked them. My real hatred of them started when we played them at St. James' Park and they kicked Arteta of the park. They were singing and gloating about how they broke his leg, after the game outside the stadium. Was there for that match. Serious dislike for them since that day.

I think I I wasn’t arsed about them because I remember when they came up we used to beat them all the time in the 80’s I think. I went to St James’ with my Dad for an away and they only had about 20000 there.

Massive.
