Times article, Burnley/Leeds threaten to sue Everton

The fixtures are out mert it’s officially too late. But I’m sure someone will come up with a reason why it’s not.
If we're top 4 with a game to go*, I would not bet against a points deduction.



* I don't think this is very likely
 
I go by a very simple mantra in life mate

"With Everton, you might as well prepare for the worst case scenario, because Everton"

That would’ve been beyond even us I think, it would literally be an brand new rule in football invented overnight just for the sole purpose of ruining us.
 

Still wrangling over that I expect...which is why we still have no word.
I think we haven't heard anything because there is nothing to answer to. The Premier League didn't comment at the time to 'open' the case, so they've no need to comment again to 'close' it. It was a desperate move from our rivals to grasp what they perceived as us having broken the rules (even though no wrongdoing was ever established) to enhance their own prospects of safety. I imagine the topic won't ever come up again.
