Why not? Chelsea are hardly known for their loyalty to managers who don't succeed. In fact, they have virtually no loyalty to managers who do succeed.

Well yeah, but the dynamic has changed now. Fact is, the club screwed up, not a manager, meaning they cant sign a player till next summer, so any manager they now have is kinda doing them a favour. And with the manager being Lampard, unless stuff goes all Swindon, he will be bullet proof.

PJ: What a solid performance from Harry Maguire as well! He read the game so well n made some very timely interceptions! Looks like we got our money's worth!!

hahahahaha bloody hell, football fans are turning into a massive joke these days. He was marking tammy abraham and his great record in the championship. A bbc reporter said neil maupay has paid back every penny to brighton after he scored a 3rd in their 3-0 win yesterday.
Very easy for "pundits" to throw their opinions out and act like they're plausible nowadays. I mean that tit Sutton acts like it's perfectly reasonable to call out Silva after a 0-0 to be the first manager sacked this season. Proper mumbo jumbo it is, something they hear from spirits or something.

Snide preferred to Tom Davies prime example yesterday ......

'Prime' being a euphemism for 'selective'?

We were regularly putting out some of the youngest elevens in the league last season. We have a high number of minutes given to players under 23.

It's pretty clear that Marco is someone who picks the players most suited to the task regardless of age.

I think you'll struggle to find a more deceiving scoreline all season than today.

Sure, Chelsea collapsed after the 2nd went in, but they played well today, and were very unlucky. I wasn't sure how Mount, Abraham would do all coming in. It was an interesting Starting XI from Lampard. Christensen, Zouma were overlooked by Conte and Sarri really. Abraham i still have my doubts over, but his strength was very impressive today, i'll be honest.

Christensen and Zouma today was a baptism of fire, however was impressed by Emerson, who was also overlooked by Sarri!
