Thats the problem. Our number 1 aim is winning. Even to the point Unsworth used Niasse repeatedly to win a title. A player about 8 years older than everyone else.
Unsworth job is to produce players who play the necessary style to fit our first team. His job is to produce technically strong mentally tough players.
He instead plays hoof and rush and uses overage players. People with no prospects whatsoever are continually picked. It's a shambles.
