Spurs fans arnt happy with Mourinho. Probably one of the best ever but do think he is done.

His style requires certain types of players (lots of leaders, excellent football intelligence, willing to play through anything and a strong mentality) and there arnt many of that type around these days.

We dont know what he has said. Players take the abuse for the most part as its part of their job but they should have to watch or hear their family being abused whilst doing it.

If a player goes into the stands, assaults a fan, and injures them the FA would be held massively liable. Even if the fan gets injured trying to get away or a fan gets injured that isnt even directly involved. The fa will and should come down hard on him

I did think of Joe Mercer tbh, but thought he left before 1970. 3 trophies in 3 yrs and people think they have no history - esp them lot across the park.

Dier had no business going into the stands but some of the abuse players put up with is pretty atrocious and would get you knocked out in normal life.

Dier was actually one of the few players who did his job on the night. There were other players the fan should have been picking on.

Agree. However, some of the worst excesses of fan behavior would be curbed if they thought they might get looked up, Ron Artest style. (The fact that Artest went after the wrong guy is why we can't have street justice.)

It's a problem that the clubs need to address. I get why they don't; chasing paying customers out is rarely good business, but some customers aren't worth it.
