How many teams have gone bust in the period where they haven't played? 0.

The teams in the most danger of going bust - the lower leagues - have decided that it is better to not play than to bother with the effort of playing without fans.

Are the Prem really going to let someone go bust over 50m? No. Let's stop this going bust narrative until someone actually goes bust.

It's been 2 months tbf.

I think if we have a full season of empty stadiums, then some clubs will go bust. Especially those tied into paying wages higher what should be paid at their level (eg Sunderland type clubs).

Kane has been genuinely terrible for 18 months now. I wouldn't swap DCL for him today until I see something to suggest he's going to be 17/18 Kane again.
41 goals in 65 apps crap fitness record but his still an outstanding forward everything that Kane gets lauded for he does to a standard at least similar to Haaland. Look I don't disagree I love the kid but he still needs to prove his worth given this is pretty much his first proper season.

Messi and Neymar are asked to do more than score and I think everyone who is responding knows this...
Whether else they're asked to do more isn't the issue: his primary role is to score goals and for nigh on all his career has played as part of a front three.

He's not a midfielder. Traditional centre forward? No, but we're not playing in the 80s and 90s any more.

A bank somewhere/someone with cash will be willing to hand out loans in that case TT.

Wait so are we literally so simple that every player is a defender, midfielder or striker? No room for nuance here?

I know there's a bunch of crap league games in their, but Haaland might it 50 goals this year. 2020 Harry Kane isn't as good, imo.

I wouldnt be so sure of that. Extremely high risk of non repayment if clubs have normal expenditure levels but only a fraction of their normal income.

The football league is very reliant on gates. I cant see how they can survive for long in a behind closed doors environment

TV companies aren't not going to pay their contracts because they'll lose vital content. We've covered this quite a lot.

Their threats of demanding refunds if no games are players are hollow.
They aren't going to pay for nothing forever. That's a guarantee.
