Hes a centre forward and a heck of a good one
I honestly dont think he is - people think because he can score goals and has a good header on him it makes him a proper No9 but he's much more suited out wide where he plays for Brazil.
If he was a proper no9 he would play where Firmino/Jesus play
I'm not really sure how that is the case when one needs to win to survive and the other is playing for nothing. One team are playing competitive football. The other team are having a preseason friendly
I agree with you there, I like him on the left because he absolutely bullies most right backs with his pace and strength, also drifting into the box gives him more chance of getting space for headersI honestly dont think he is - people think because he can score goals and has a good header on him it makes him a proper No9 but he's much more suited out wide where he plays for Brazil.

In what world is Firmino a proper #9I honestly dont think he is - people think because he can score goals and has a good header on him it makes him a proper No9 but he's much more suited out wide where he plays for Brazil.

Firmino is definitely a 10.
Richarlison is a 9. Never a winger in a million years.

Norwich just aren't very good.
In what world is Firmino a proper #9
There is certainly a case to be made for moving him back to a wider spot, just not in a 4-4-2. He can't be stationed that far away from the box.I agree with you there, I like him on the left because he absolutely bullies most right backs with his pace and strength, also drifting into the box gives him more chance of getting space for headers
Hmmm so Richarlison plays out wide for:
Brazil
Watford
Half of last season for Everton
Scores a few goals in a 442 with DCL in 3 months - EEZ A NO 9 DOH LADZ
I mean saying he is a proper #9 to me means he is old fashioned physical goal scorer. Firmino plays in the center forward spot but drifts a lot and is primarily a creator and not a scorer. He plays central for Brazil and Liverpool does he not?
Richarlison is more suited to the Mane/Salah role.
