Did he not play alongside Tommy Smith? Not a chance in hell he did not encounter racism within changing rooms back then.he said the only time he had ever witnessed racist comments was from directors at clubs, but looked like he was stopping himself from saying which clubs they were (obviously we can all guess one of them) and he didn't call it out
also he said he didn't know what he could and couldnt say any more
I do actually agree with that.Should have been for the first round of fixtures and left it as that
Lets be honest the PL have done themselves no favours with this - BLM regardless of how well intentioned the message is still is political and stuff like this was always going to happen.
Should have been for the first round of fixtures and left it as that.
The whole thing just feels like overkill and distortion of the original message.
I do actually agree with that.
People get numb to it if it's overdone.
( only my opinion before I get leathered all over the forum )
When i think of Souness I think of this.was more thinking of Rangers
Yeah CITY'S game on Wednesday was the the catch up game. This was Burnley's first fixture.
I thought it was only for a couple of weeks but could be wrong
That's why he came to us.He was called a cannibal. When i think of Souness I think of this.
I'm sure it was our own Kevin Campbell who called out how racist Turkish footy was. Again, I maybe wrong ?
