You wont win shiny things or qualify for Europe regulary with strikers with question marks over their finishing unless you have elite players all over the rest of the park which we dont.

We keep making the same mistake recruitment wise bar Lukaku - sign a CF who can kin score!

Yeah I think he will get it right tho. He looks like he is only going to keep improving. I do agree tho if we could get a prolific goal scorer an partner them it would be great. The thing is what do you do with Richie he’s are best player an he might want to stay up front.

For me we are desperate for a natural slotter up top - either Rich drops wide or we punt DCL to the bench and sell Tosun/Kean with the money reinvested in a top class CF slotter.

Not easily done but that should be the aim of the club as we are miles off the top 4 and if you haven't quality all over the pitch you need to atleast have 1-2 top quality goalscorers in your squad.

I think Richie would do better as a wide forward in a 433. If we stick with 442 I don’t think playing on the wing suits him. I am curious to see what we do going forward. we desperately need 3 or 4 quality signing tho. I wouldn’t be against bringing in a natural goalscorer you need goals to win games.

Liverpool nearly won the league literally punting the ball forward to Suarez & Sturridge.

Our forward options are miles off that goal scoring prowess.

Leicester look terrible. Their tactic of boom it over the top and get Vardy to chase it down doesn’t seem to work now that his legs have disintegrated.

Also things like Ndidi scoring on every other shot weren't ever going to keep going through the whole season. It was always a bit questionable whether they were actually as good as the point total was.

Barkley is the thickest player currently playing in the Premier League. Nothing goes on in his head.
